Coming from Odoo: bring your data across, and an Odoo theme
Bring your customers, leads, products, stock, orders, invoices, projects and tasks straight from your own Odoo. If your team is used to Odoo's look, the Odoo theme is ready too.

What changed
Move from Odoo
A guided screen connects to your own Odoo with an API key and copies records across. It only reads from Odoo and never changes anything there. First you see the counts ("In Odoo" and "Expected"), then you start the move. It runs in the background, so you can leave the page. A stopped move can be resumed, and running it again updates what it brought instead of duplicating it.
It brings, in order: pipeline stages, companies, contacts, leads and opportunities, products, stock on hand, quotations and sales orders, customer invoices, supplier bills, projects, tasks, calendar meetings, and notes and messages.

Odoo theme
The "Panel skin" menu has an "Odoo theme": purple buttons, teal links, square checkboxes and a navy dark mode, close to Odoo's web client.

How to use it
- Under "Customers and sales", open Contacts and leads and the Move from Odoo tab.
- Enter the "Odoo address", "Database name", "Login (email)" and "API key", press "Test the connection", then "Connect".
- Under "What to bring across", pick what you want and press "Count the records".
- Check the counts and press "Start the move".
- The result (new, updated, skipped) stays under "Earlier moves", where you can "Re-sync" or "Resume".
- For the theme, open "Panel skin" in the account menu and choose "Odoo theme".
Good to know
- The API key can be kept, encrypted, for later re-syncs, or deleted with "Remove key".
- Employees, separate payments, journal entries, deliveries, purchase orders, manufacturing, point-of-sale tickets, helpdesk tickets and attachments are not imported.
- The screen is for the business owner and administrators only.
