What changed

Files

One page lists every attachment in the business: files on customer records, invoices, tickets, tasks, projects, catalogue items, letters, company documents and Telegram group media. Narrow it with filters and jump to the record in one click. Nothing is copied; each file stays where it was.

Team wiki

Markdown pages for the team in a tree of pages and child pages, with search and the name of whoever edited each page last. A good home for procedures, staff guides and recipes. The wiki is separate from the AI knowledge base, which answers customers.

The team wiki with its page tree

Channel posts

Write posts for the business's Telegram channel ahead of time, with text and an optional image, and queue them for a set time. They are sent automatically. The "Queue" and "History" tabs show each post's status, and a failed one can go out with "Send again".

Scheduled Telegram channel posts

How to use it

  1. Files: under "Work", open Files and use the filters.
  2. Wiki: in Team wiki press "New page" or "New child page", write, and press "Save page".
  3. Channel posts: in Channel posts, first connect your Telegram channel with "Add channel". Then under "Schedule a post" enter the text, image and time and press "Add to queue".

Good to know

  • For channel posts, the business's Telegram bot must be an admin of the channel with permission to post.
  • Editing the wiki is for people allowed to manage tasks.
  • Channel posts are for roles allowed to send campaigns.

Editing a gateway brings its form into view

On Payment gateways, Edit moves the page to that gateway's form, rings it for a moment, and puts the cursor in the first field. On a phone the form used to open off screen.
