A console for everything

In "Chat console (NabuOS)" write what you want in your own words. The console now works with almost every section: letters and the secretariat, minutes, cheques, journal vouchers, the chart of accounts and year closing, the cash register, website, blog and landing pages, task dependencies, sales opportunities, segments and campaigns, events and courses, the shop, e-signatures, surveys and prospecting.

Anything that changes data appears as a request card and runs only when you allow it. Claude and ChatGPT, once connected to the panel, get the same tools.

The @NabuOSBot Telegram bot

One shared bot for every business you belong to. Type a question or send a voice note; the bot first writes back what it heard, then answers with the same tools and permissions as the panel. Charts and tables arrive as readable text, and receipts or documents you send are filed. Changes are approved or turned down with /approve_N or /deny_N.

How to use it

1. Under "Home", open Chat console (NabuOS) and type a question or request, such as "Who should I call today?" or "Add a task for tomorrow".
2. When a request card appears, read it and allow or refuse it.
3. For Telegram, open NabuOS settings or the "AI connections" page and press "Talk to the AI on Telegram".
4. Telegram opens @NabuOSBot; press Start and choose the business. Switch later with /business, and see help with /help.

Good to know

• The Telegram link works once, for 15 minutes.
• The bot answers only people whose account is linked and who still belong to the business.
• Each console tool follows your role in the business; the console won't do what you aren't allowed to do in the panel.
