Connections book: every outside connection of the business on one page

Bots, WhatsApp, Telegram groups, the phone line, email, SMS, payment gateways, domains, webhooks, WordPress, forms and API keys all sit on one page, each showing whether it works, its last activity or error, and where it is set up.

What changed

Until now, checking which connections actually worked meant visiting a dozen screens. The "Connections book" shows them together, grouped: messaging channels, console and alerts, email and SMS, payment gateways, custom domains, webhooks, websites and stores, forms, pages and embeds, and keys and connected apps.

Each connection shows its status ("Connected", "Failing", "Not finished" or "Disabled"), last activity, last error, who connected it and since when, and a "Configure" button that takes you to its settings. Secrets and keys are always masked.

The connections book with each connection's status

How to use it

  1. Under "AI and connections", open Connections book.
  2. Find one with "Search connections", or press "Problems only" to keep just the broken ones.
  3. To fix one, press "Configure" next to it.

Good to know

  • The menu entry is for business managers. Inside the page, each section shows only to people allowed to see that section's own settings; payment gateways, for example, need billing access.

Editing a gateway brings its form into view

On Payment gateways, Edit moves the page to that gateway's form, rings it for a moment, and puts the cursor in the first field. On a phone the form used to open off screen.
